This user account is a bot operated by Jon Harald Søby (talk). It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

As of 2024, JhsBot fixes interwiki links for newly created Wikimedia projects that have graduated from the Wikimedia Incubator. The code it uses for that is located here.

It has additional other tasks on Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons and the Norwegian Bokmål Wikipedia.
